These Terms govern your use of Auto Reply IT (the "Service"). By logging in with Fanvue, you agree to these Terms.
What the Service does
It reads messages received in your Fanvue inbox and sends replies in your name and on your behalf, using a language model that runs on hardware you control. You configure the tone and rules. You are responsible for the content sent by the Service in your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to harass, exploit, or deceive fans.
- Do not use the Service to violate Fanvue's Terms or Community Guidelines.
- Do not impersonate any other person.
- You must be 18+ and the verified owner of the connected Fanvue creator account.
No off-platform payments
The Service does not request, redirect, or process payments outside Fanvue.
Disconnection & deletion
You may disconnect the Service from fanvue.com/settings/account/third-party-apps at any time, and you may request full data deletion from the dashboard or by emailing dpo@your-domain.com.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. Generated replies may contain mistakes; you remain responsible for what is sent from your account.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Operator's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
